1) You are responsible for filling out the measurement worksheet accurately – to within 1/8 of an inch
(i.e. 37 7/8” wide) we cannot, and will not be responsible for the sizing of the treatments as we are not at
your residence or office to do the measuring. Again, this is easy – horizontal
measurements are first – measure the window opening in three areas
1) top, 2) middle and
3) bottom – as illustrated in this picture:

2) You are responsible for filling out the measurement worksheet accurately - to within 1/8 of an inch
(i.e. 42 3/8" long). We cannot, and will not be responsible for the sizing of the treatments as we are not at
your residence or office to do the measuring. Again, this is easy – vertical measurements are second –
measure the window opening in three areas 1) left side,
2) exact middle and 3) right side – as illustrated in this
picture:
(Please remember, all measurements are done to within 1/8 of an inch – whether it is the horizontal width or
the vertical length – within 1/8 of an inch…no exceptions!)

3) Next step – determine if your window is a dry-walled wrapped window or a wood wrapped window?
This is quite simple – look at the window opening and see if it is encased with upgraded wood casing / framing,
or is it simply framed by the drywall which is your remaining wall (any questions here and you can contact us
for help)
The reason for answering this is to determine if you will have a valance – which will cover the head-rail – with
a flat valance or one that has a ½” return on the ends (usually specified for installations with drywall –
not
wood wrapped!).
Once you have the three
measurements of the Horizontal width, select the narrowest width; of the
Vertical length, select the longest length. Then enter those numbers in
the form below for each window's measurements.
