Aloha Blinds & Designs Launches New Interior Design Services Division and Introduces New Director and Management Staff to the Marketplace.
Bend, OR – Kimo Dejon, president and CEO of Aloha Blinds & Designs, Inc., headquartered in Bend, and the premier provider of custom window and door coverings in the region has announced the launch of the company’s new
Interior Design Services Division (IDSD) and its new director, Paula
Sexsmith -

Designer Paula Sexsmith has a BA in Interior Design through Rockville University, and has studied 3 years in the Orange Coast College Interior Design Program in Southern California, and is an Allied Member A.S.I.D. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Oregon Chapter of A.S.I.D. as well as being the Communications Director OR Chapter A.S.I.D.
Paula is trained and specializes in all types of design work including window coverings, custom bedding and upholstery, faux painting, murals, flooring and hard surfaces, custom tile designs, color consultation, and space planning. She emphasizes wellness design, based upon the concept that your environment has an impact on your overall well-being. Color, function, flow, materials, the number and age of household members, health, personality, and lifestyle are some of the factors to consider when making important design decisions.
Dejon states that this new company division is the next evolutionary step in the company’s growth and expansion in the home services division - both in Oregon, California, Hawaii and new markets slated for 2009 and beyond!
Additionally, the company announces the addition of Gail Mines, as the new
